Wijaya Inti Sejahtera had many experience for doing Engine Overhaul for Top Overhaul, Semi Overhaul until General Overhaul with our engineering and technical, we had finishing many project from PLN Project, IPP, Multi National Company Project.
Top Overhaul (TO 6000 hours), Maintenance of 6000 hours of the top of the engine (cylinder head and above) which includes measuring, replacing or conduction of the components to get optimal operating conditions. Work - work performed on TOP Overhaul includes checking all parts among other parts of the unit:
- Inspection of all cylinder heads and other components.
- Inspection and measurement of one bearing and sliding bearing (metal) or according to the manufacturer's manual.
- Cleaning the generator
- Electrical equipment inspection
- Nurse cooler and inter cooler cooler examination.
- Vibration damper fluid check;Turbocharger inspection (overhaul if needed on time); Tightening of engine capability
Semi Overhaul (SO 12000 hours) Examination of 12000 hours of the connecting rod section above which includes measurement, replacement or conduction of worn components for optimal operation. work carried out on Top Overhaul includes checking all parts of the unit including:
Semi Overhaul for rounds "less than 750 rpm".
Major Overhaul (MO 18000 hours) Maintenance of 18000 hours of machine parts that cover the measurement, replacement or reconditioning work of worn components to obtain optimal operating conditions. work carried out on Top Overhaul includes checking unit parts including:
- Full cylinder head overhaul (cylinder head) and inspection of its components.
- Overhaul pistons, cylinders, bearings, turbochargers, cylinder blocks
